Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Cloud10 Solutions platform (“Service”), operated by Cloud10 Solutions LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cloud10 Solutions provides a SaaS platform with AI-powered tools for data analytics, SQL building, ETL generation, workflow automation, knowledge management, HR employee onboarding, and QuickBooks Online integration. Features are subject to change at our discretion.

3. Accounts and Access

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account or allow unauthorized access.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credits and Billing

• AI tool usage is billed against your credit balance. Rates are displayed on the billing page.
• Credits are non-refundable except at our sole discretion.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing credits you agree to Stripe’s terms.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. QuickBooks Online Integration

By connecting your QuickBooks Online account, you authorize Cloud10 Solutions to access and write data to your QuickBooks company on your behalf. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access. You may revoke this access at any time from within the platform. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit Inc.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Transmit malicious code, spam, or interfere with the Service’s operation.
• Use the Service to process data you do not have the right to process.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data you submit to the Service, including employee information submitted through the HR Onboarding tool.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, and content, is owned by Cloud10 Solutions LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO BE ACCURATE AND SHOULD BE REVIEWED BEFORE USE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOUD10 SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
